Drawing it together
Personal planning is not simply about making a ‘plan’ and following it. It is a developmental process that each individual moulds to suit their own needs and interests over time. It is about getting to grips with issues such as: • who you are and the kind of person you want to be • the life you want to lead and what you want from life • what matters to you and what you want to achieve • the steps you will take to achieve your goals • recognising changes in your interests and charting out a new plan in line with those changes.
