All of us have experiences of consulting professionals on whose knowledge, skills and ethics we rely. They possess expertise through training which is beyond our competence and/or have statutory or positional authority on which we depend in order to meet our needs. We will have our own standards or benchmarks by which we differentiate between good and less satisfactory consultations or interactions.
