This is a framework that I used to underpin my People Skills (2009a) book. It is a longstanding, well-established approach to human psychology. Basically, what it refers to is the idea that any complex human action will involve three dimensions: thoughts, feelings and actions or, to give them their technical terms, the cognitive, affective and behavioural dimensions.
